Online Registration Instructions:
1. If you already have a profile in our online system please enter your e-mail and password and select OK. If you don’t have an account please click on the “Don’t Have an Account?” link at the bottom of the screen and enter your e-mail address.
2. Select the FCD Member registration type and use the FCD member discount code in the payment section.
3. Continue with the registration process until you reach the registration confirmation page.
You will be sent a confirmation e-mail and receipt.
