Resources Available for NASDAQ Listed Companies with Questions on Corporate Governance Policies and Listing Standards and Rules
NASDAQ has enhanced its overall advisory process. Anyone with a general question about the application of their new rules, or any of their other corporate governance rules, such as those concerned generally with shareholder approval, may call Dave Donohoe, Chief Counsel, or David Compton, Director, in NASDAQ's Listing Qualifications Department.
